Frequently asked questions
What happens after I send my request?
You receive an email saying your request has arrived: it is not yet a confirmation. If the firm can take your request forward, it confirms the time by email and sends you the video call link; if you did not pick a time, we arrange one together. The consultation can also take place by phone or in person.
In which language can I write and speak?
Whichever you prefer: English, Bulgarian or Italian. The whole process — messages, documents, video call — can take place in your language, with no interpreters. It is one of the reasons foreign clients choose the firm: understanding every detail of your own case is already a form of protection.
What should I prepare for the consultation?
A short description of the facts and the main documents you already have: contracts, invoices, letters, emails, official reports. Nothing else is needed: during the video call the lawyer tells you which additional documents are required and how to obtain them. Whatever is missing can be gathered together in the next steps.
How long does it take to get a reply?
We reply as soon as possible, in the order requests arrive, during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 19.00. If your case has an imminent deadline — a hearing, a payment date, a decision to appeal — please mention it in your message: we take it into account when setting priorities.
